We offer complementary tracked standard shipping for your special jewellery pieces wherever you call home. 

As soon as we ship your order, you will get a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking information. This way you can always track your package until it arrives in your hands.

Fast Processing

We create all pieces by hand with great care here in Portugal and typically dispatch them within 1-3 business days. Thankfully the postal service is very reliable, but please order in advance during holiday season. 

Express Shipping Option

If you have a special gift for a loved one that is urgent and require express shipping, please let us know and we can get a quote from a courier services for you.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that in the rare case of duties and taxes payable for the delivery of your order, the recipient of the order is responsible for these extra fees and will unfortunately not be reimbursed by us. We hope that you understand that as a small designer of mala jewelry, we have no room to cover these additionals fees.
